5000 Reasons to Support Young Women’s Trust
Last year, C&C Search and C&C Search Academy partnered with the Young Women’s Trust, an amazing feminist organisation that campaigns for economic justice for women. The charity provides vital support to those between 18-30 years of age, who live on low or no income, and who want to build a better future for themselves.
For us at C&C, whether in recruitment for EA, PA, or administration roles, empowering, teaching, and helping those around us grow is at the heart of everything we do. As an all-female team, each coming from a diverse background, we understand the challenges that face women today. We also know the incredible power, ambition, and talent that we all possess, especially in the dynamic London recruitment landscape.
To date, we’ve been working with the Young Women’s Trust by volunteering as part of their CV coaching and job application scheme. This initiative aligns perfectly with our mission to support women in recruitment, especially those seeking roles in administration, EA, and PA positions. This year, we want to go even further in our bid to support this charity, and so we have set ourselves the target of raising £5,000! At the time of writing, we’re currently standing at £170, so we have quite some way to go.

These initiatives are crucial for creating equal opportunities in the workplace, particularly in competitive fields like London recruitment for EA, PA, and administration roles.
