Overview
Lucy Brazier OBE, Bonnie Low-Kramen and Lucy Chamberlain look back on 2026 and share what they expect 2027 to bring for Assistants.
Join us for an insightful event tailored specifically for Administrative Professionals, featuring workplace experts Lucy Brazier OBE, Lucy Chamberlain, and Bonnie Low-Kramen.
About this webinar
The three of us are back together to close the year. In March we set out a playbook for 2026. This session looks back at what actually happened, what we learned and what administrative professionals should prepare for in 2027.
Each of us will share our reflections on the year from where we sit: Lucy Brazier from the global assistant community and Executive Support, Bonnie from her training and consulting work with assistants and their leaders, and Lucy Chamberlain from the recruitment market and her conversations with employers and candidates.
We’ll talk honestly about how the role changed this year, including how assistants are using AI day to day, and where recognition and career paths moved forward or stood still. We’ll also revisit a few of our March predictions and own up to where we got it wrong.
In the second half we’ll look ahead to 2027, with a prediction, a skill worth investing in and a habit worth dropping from each of us. There will be time for your questions throughout, so please bring them along or send them in advance.
What you will learn
- Understand the developments that shaped the administrative profession in 2026, from three different vantage points.
- Hear which of our March predictions held up and what that tells us about where the role is heading.
- Consider what executives and employers are likely to expect from assistants in 2027.
- Identify the skills and priorities worth focusing on as you plan your own year ahead.
Who this session is for
EAs, PAs, Chiefs of Staff, office and operations managers and anyone in an administrative or business support role. Leaders who work closely with assistants, and HR professionals who hire or develop them, are very welcome too.
You will leave with three perspectives on the year just gone, a clearer view of where the profession is heading in 2027 and a few practical priorities to take into January.
