Salary: £40000 - £50000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Business Support Coordinator:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and wider team
- Coordinate operational and administrative projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Maintain shared drives, trackers, and templates ensuring accuracy and version control
- Manage and monitor pipelines of ongoing operational initiatives, following up on actions and progress
- Ensure internal systems and tools are organised, accurate, and up to date
- Liaise with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Compliance to support business operations
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and approvals, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Support onboarding processes including scheduling, system access, and documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders for meetings, events, and coordination activities
- Maintain records to support reporting, audits, and business continuity
- Provide additional support across European teams as required
- Extensive experience in a business support, operations, or coordination role within a financial services or professional services firm
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and documentation
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment on escalation
- Exposure to project coordination or project management is advantageous
- Additional European language skills (German, French, or Spanish) are beneficial but not essential
