What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Client Portfolio Team
Key duties:
- Complex diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Client/Stakeholder liaison
- Maintaining and updating database
- Adhoc duties

What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: Ideally looking for someone with previous PA or TA support in a client facing role with exposure to projects. Must have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
Qualifications: Strong MS Office skills
Availability: 1 Month notice
