The Role:
Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Salary: £60,000 (DoE)
Location: The City
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Support the Benefits Manager with product and program implementation
- Maintain an inventory of all benefits and benefit renewals
- Collaborate with local People Advisory and HR Shared services teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed
- Support manager with special projects suck as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes
- A specialist for renewals and implementation of Benefits Technology in each local office, to include Total Rewards Statements and flexible benefits technology where appropriate
- Continually review and assess the portfolio to ensure alignment to the benefits philosophy
What is the company looking for?
- Good knowledge of labour markets, mandated and supplemental benefit offerings and global market trends
- Proficient project management and benefits administration capabilities
- International benefits experience is essential
- Experience in benefit plan design, implementation and interpreting policies
