What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Answer all customer queries and requests
- Provide solutions and connect them to the relevant points of contact
- Assisting the ecommerce team, liaising with other departments as and when needed
- Support with merchandising the website and checking emails
- Build a customer service weekly and monthly report
- Using internal systems such as Zen Desk
What is the company looking for?
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, marketing or ecommerce is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great customer service skills, friendly, articulate and keen to help
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic
- Fast learner that is comfortable using new technology/systems
