What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Answer all customer queries and requests
  • Provide solutions and connect them to the relevant points of contact
  • Assisting the ecommerce team, liaising with other departments as and when needed
  • Support with merchandising the website and checking emails
  • Build a customer service weekly and monthly report
  • Using internal systems such as Zen Desk

What is the company looking for?

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, marketing or ecommerce is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills, friendly, articulate and keen to help
  • An attention to detail, strong work ethic
  • Fast learner that is comfortable using new technology/systems
