Job Title: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager
Hybrid Working Environment
Salary: £75,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Design, implement and deliver DEI programmes and initiatives across the UK and Asia
- Manage and coordinate DEI meetings with the DEI Committee and Employee Networks
- Monitor and deliver on DEI objectives
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team on key initiatives
- Coordinate training across the UK and Asia
What is the company looking for?
- Previous experience as an Inclusion & Diversity specialist
- Experience within a Law Firm is essential
- Experience in dealing with a number of stakeholders
- Previous HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Proven strong leadership experience
- Experience in influencing and advising senior leaders
