Salary:
£80,000 – £90,000 plus bonus

Key responsibilities for this EA Team Manager position:
- Act as a visible leader and advocate for the Executive Assistant community
• Partner closely with HR to understand capability, development needs and workload distribution
• Design and embed structured onboarding processes for Executive Assistants
• Create and implement clear skills frameworks, bandings, salary tiers and career pathways
• Deliver and oversee Executive Assistant training and development programmes
• Manage and oversee Executive Assistant recruitment and agency relationships
• Drive consistency, fairness and role clarity across the EA population
• Support the adoption of AI tools and smarter working practices to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other EA Managers on firm‑wide initiatives
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an EA Team Manager, EA Lead or Executive Assistant Manager
• Strong background within financial services or a large, complex organisation
• Demonstrated experience delivering training, development programmes or capability frameworks
• Confident working on strategic projects influencing large EA populations
• Experience partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders
• Calm, credible and empathetic leadership style with high emotional intelligence
• Patient, consistent and people‑centric, with gravitas and warmth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
