What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: CEO and CFO (ad hoc wider team)
Key duties: Managing and coordinating the diaries of very busy Executives, coordinating global travel with visas, reports and expenses, presentations.

What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: Seeking minimum of 5+ years experience as an EA/PA, ideally in the investment/finance industry, excellent attention to detail, proven multitasking skills and strong communication skills. A proactive approach, positive mindset and a can-do attitude is essential.
Qualifications: Strong MS Office and Google Suite skills
Availability: 1 month notice
