C&C Search is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team at a highly successful private equity firm based in central London. This is a 1:1 role offering hybrid working.

Position: EA to Head of IR
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Hybrid set up: This will vary between 3-5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant role:
  • Manages complex calendars, global travel arrangements, and expenses.
  • Prepares reports and presentations.
  • Handles confidential information, and acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates internal and external events with professionalism and attention to detail.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be confident working with senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information, and coordinating across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with expense and calendar systems required.
  • A background in private equity or finance is preferred.
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple deadlines, work across multiple time zones and manage an ever changing diary is essential.
