C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a highly successful boutique property investment firm based in the heart of the West End. This is an exciting opportunity to support the founder and wider team within a fast-paced and dynamic business. A varied Executive Assistant role with excellent exposure, a collaborative team culture and the chance to become a true right-hand support within the company.

Position: Executive Assistant to Founder / Office Manager supporting the Founder and wider team 
Salary: £60,000 -£70,000 plus bonus and benefits
Office based: Monday to Friday, *;30am - 6pm, with flexibly needed. However will be rewarded with good bonus for flexibility

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant / Office Manager position:
  • Extensive diary management and meeting coordination for the Founder
  • Complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels and itineraries for executives and the wider team
  • Inbox management and handling fast-moving scheduling changes
  • Executive Assistant support alongside private PA support to the Founder
  • Expense management and reconciliations using Excel/forumals
  • Office management responsibilities including supplies, food and drinks ordering and ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Coordinating conferences, company events and client gifting
  • Supporting the wider team with travel, logistics and ad hoc administration
  • Liaising with investors, clients and external stakeholders
  • Using AI tools including Claude and Copilot to improve workflows and organisation
  •  Supporting presentations, reporting and project coordination
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager experience within a fast-paced environment - ideally a boutique financial firm, family office or property investment
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or Founders
  • Ideally experience within property, investment, finance, family office or professional services environments
  • Excellent diary management and travel coordination experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel including basic formulas and expense management
  • Strong communication skills with polished presentation and professionalism
  • Someone positive, discreet, calm under pressure and highly reliable
  • Comfortable being office based full time and acting as the central support within the business
  • A team player who enjoys variety and is happy supporting across both business and personal tasks
