Position: Executive Assistant supporting two Managing Partners
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days working from home

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Complex diary and inbox management for two Managing Partners, coordinating busy schedules, meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and client engagements
- Managing stakeholder communication and acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external contacts
- Coordinating travel, expenses, meeting logistics and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Supporting office management tasks including supplies, facilities and general office coordination
- Assisting with HR administration and supporting onboarding activities where required
- Working alongside the Operations and Marketing teams to coordinate events and company initiatives
- Providing proactive support, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are managed effectively
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant
- Strong diary and inbox management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional, polished and discreet approach
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful and eager to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
