Executive Assistant - Float

C&C Search is currently recruiting a FULLY REMOTE Float Executive Assistant for a leading Private Equity firm, offering £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, high performing and entrepreneurial organisation, providing Executive Assistant support across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
For this position, a background of working as an EA in Financial Services is essential

Position: Float Executive Assistant supporting senior executives and providing cover across multiple teams as required

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus

• Providing Executive Assistant support to senior executives across the business

• Covering Executive Assistants during annual leave, absence and peak workload periods

• Complex diary management across multiple time zones

• Coordinating meetings, conference calls and virtual events

• Managing travel arrangements and itineraries

• Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials

• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Handling last minute changes and shifting priorities with confidence and professionalism

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking or a similar environment

• Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex workloads

• Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever changing environment

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

• Strong diary management and travel coordination experience

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

• Highly adaptable, proactive and solutions focused approach

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders
