What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Administrator

1 Month Temporary Contract

Hybrid Working

Hourly Rate: £11

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Support the administration process for the full employee cycle
  • Assist in solving general employment issues at a local level, escalating serious employment practice issues to the Country HR Leader
  • Maintain personnel files and related documents in compliance with company policies and government regulations. This includes both manual and electronic file maintenance
  • Manage administration related to the HR Information system (Workday)
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of the pre-employment processes - working closely with HR Admin colleagues
  • Drive HR data management to continuously improve HR data quality
  • Work on process improvements - working closely with HR Business Partners, HR Administrators, Payroll and Recruitment

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous experience in HR Administration
  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS) or savvy experience with other HR systems
  • Comfortable interacting with various levels of management, vendors and Associates
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner, respecting privacy while maintaining company confidentiality
