Job Title: HR Administrator
Salary: £38,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Supporting the HR Consultant for all administrative tasks
- Giving support in regards to employee benefits
- Aiding with L&D projects for new joiners
- Providing support to the recruitment process
- Maintaining and updating the HR database systems
- Assisting with ad hoc projects when required
- Updating HR documents and staff records consistently
- Reviewing company policies and ensuring legal compliance
