Job description
This role will provide HR & Benefits support to their global teams and contribute to HR projects and initiatives while implementing People strategy to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
HR Functions include:
- Advise key stakeholders on employee and key HR processes
- Manage processes to ensure they are compliant with legal requirements
- Support on Employee Relations cases
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes working with global operations
team
- Coordinate secondments, and active in engagement projects
Benefits & Wellbeing
This is a key responsibility area of the role will be a key point of contact for all employee Benefits & Wellbeing initiatives in the Brussels office. This will include full ownership of local benefits offering.
Day-to-day delivery of benefit schemes and benefits platform.

Benefits & Wellbeing

Day-to-day delivery of benefit schemes and benefits platform.
- Liaise with providers and brokers to manage the operational and contracts
- Coordinate annual renewals, upgrades and supplier reviews,
- Create engagement presenting to employees through targeted communications and organising events in the offices.
- Close collaboration with internal Finance and Tax teams to ensure correct payroll integration and tax compliance.
- Work on regional initiatives and contribute to wider wellbeing efforts
- Lead or support a variety of employee value proposition projects
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an all-round HR/Benefits position, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Fluent in Dutch or French & English
- Strong generalist HR knowledge, including an up to date understanding of Belgium employment law
- Experience with implementing and driving HR projects
- Workday experience is an advantage
