Job description
We are hiring for a junior HR Associate/Recruitment Coordinator to join a global financial services firm on an initial one-year FTC. This role will sit at the heart of the employee lifecycle — coordinating global recruitment, running end-to-end onboarding, and keeping HR's day-to-day running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who's organised, detail-driven, and looking to build a genuine career in HR within a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own global recruitment coordination — interview scheduling, candidate
communication, and feedback collection
• Manage end-to-end onboarding: HRIS set-up, benefits enrolment, background
screening, and new joiner comms
• Be the first point of contact for the HR inbox — queries and ensuring
timely responses
• Support day-to-day benefits administration and employee documentation
• Keep employee records accurate and up to date within the HRIS
• Get involved in process improvement as HR scales with the firm
Experience Required:
Experience working in financial services is essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, with real ownership and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
HR or People Operations experience is a plus — ideally within professional or financial services
Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment coordination is desirable
A proactive, service-minded approach and appetite to grow within HR
