What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Assistant (Talent, L&D)
Hybrid working model
Salary: £35,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Providing assistance to the Talent team in a wide range of duties
  • Providing support for the learning and development programmes and policies
  • Assisting the Talent team to ensure all training activities are run smoothly and gain feedback
  • Aiding the Talent Team with early careers activities, ranging from arranging interviews, to answering queries and completing onboarding administration
  • Respond to all learning and development queries promptly
  • Organising external training, and ensure accurate invoices are recorded
  • Organising internal training, from booking rooms and speakers, making sure it runs smoothly, and collecting post-event feedback
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of annual training courses
  • Giving help to other HR teams when required

What is the company looking for?

  • At least 1 years' experience working in HR environment is required
  • Exposure to L&D is desirable
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office is essential
  • Background in collaborative working desirable
