What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Associate
Salary: £35000-40000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Aiding in all parts of the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding and offboarding, recruiting and shortlisting candidate, arranging interviews, drafting offer letters and conducting pre-employment screening checks
  • Ensuring smoothness of day-to-day HR processes such as transfers, relocations, audit requests, data requests, immigrations etc.,
  • Maintaining and updating the HR system, ensuring the accuracy of the data, and providing regular reporting as and when required
  • Creating and keeping strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and managers
  • Carrying out employee engagement surveys and conducting all follow-ups regarding the results
  • Assisting the HR leadership team with projects, to increase engagement and retention levels
  • Supporting in the creation and maintenance of all HR events, as well as supporting new initiatives such as the summer internship programmes

What is the company looking for?

  • 2-3 years' experience in similar role is required
  • Knowledge of HR laws and duties is expected
  • Should show great attention to detail and integrity, when dealing with sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary, as well as being literate in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Candidate should be commercially minded with the ability to keep on top of culture and legislative changes.
