C&C Search is currently recruiting an HR Operations / HR Generalist opportunity within a growing and highly collaborative creative business based in Richmond.
This is a broad and hands-on HR role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle. The environment is fast, energetic and evolving, so we are looking for someone who enjoys operating at pace, building relationships and being a true go-to person across the business.
You will support across:
✔️ HR Operations
✔️ Employee lifecycle management
✔️ Recruitment coordination
✔️ HR systems and processes
✔️ Culture and engagement initiatives
✔️ People administration and HR support
We are looking for someone who:
✔️ Is operationally strong and highly organised
✔️ Enjoys a varied and busy environment
✔️ Has excellent communication and stakeholder skills
✔️ Is proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable
✔️ Loves working closely with people and teams
✔️ Has experience within media, sports, creative or fast-growth businesses
