£50,000 + bonus + benefits

C&C Search is currently recruiting an HR Operations / HR Generalist opportunity within a growing and highly collaborative creative business based in Richmond.
This is a broad and hands-on HR role with exposure across the full employee lifecycle. The environment is fast, energetic and evolving, so we are looking for someone who enjoys operating at pace, building relationships and being a true go-to person across the business.
You will support across:

✔️ Recruitment coordination
✔️ HR systems and processes
✔️ Culture and engagement initiatives
✔️ People administration and HR support
We are looking for someone who:
