What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: HR Team Coordinator

Hybrid Working

Salary: £45,000

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Talent and recruitment administrative support; being the main point of contact for candidates and external recruiters for all interviews and preboarding activity
  • Responsible for the set up of remote invigilation of online assessments and providing support to candidates where needed
  • Responsible for the production/maintenance of new joiner and onboarding packs
  • Managing all trackers and documents and ensuring they are kept up-to-date
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule interviews and coordinate diaries, ensuring both are recorded accurately in CRM
  • Co-ordination of delegates on training events
  • Responsible for booking external training as required
  • Production of team documents and templates in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist with other ad hoc talent, learning and development and general HR tasks as required
