Key duties:

  • PA to UHNWI
  • Minute taking
  • Note taking
  • Setting up meetings and sitting in on them
  • PP presentations
  • Making calls on their behalf
  • Some office management
  • Administration
  • Being his right hand person
  • Travel, diary and expenses
  • Inbox management

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • Experience working as a PA is essential.
  • Open to industry and background
  • Will need to be able to touch type, have a fast typing speed with good accuracy
  • Minute taking
  • Shorthand preferable
  • A strong personality
  • Abaility to manage different personalities

Availability: This is a temporary role to start with and for the right person will become permanent so you should be available immediately.
