Marketing Assistant – supporting the Director of Marketing across EMEA & APAC
Salary:
£35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
4 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Marketing Assistant position:
- Supporting the delivery of events, including invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and logistics
• Assisting with email campaigns and newsletters, including coordination and scheduling
• Managing content updates across website and marketing materials
• Coordinating social media activity across EMEA, including tracking and reporting
• Providing marketing operations support, including tracking timelines and campaign performance
- Experience within marketing, administration, or PA support
• Experience within a professional services or corporate environment - Strong attention to detail, particularly across events and reporting
• Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Interest in social media, content, and marketing channels
• Exposure to tools such as Canva or similar design platforms beneficial but not essential
