A highly regarded and long‑established talent agency is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Office Administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of the business.

Representing leading figures in news, current affairs and factual television and radio, the agency offers a fast‑paced, professional environment with genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and high‑profile work.

This is a central, admin‑focused role supporting senior agents and partners. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate bookings across broadcast and corporate engagements, and act as a key point of contact between clients, agents, broadcasters, production companies and external organisations.

The role requires strong judgement, organisation and the confidence to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients in the lead‑up to appearances, events and speaking engagements
  • Arranging briefing calls, travel and logistics as required
  • Maintaining accurate booking and invoicing processes using internal systems
  • Acting as a central communication hub and proactively resolving scheduling issues
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure and constant change
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive, flexible and comfortable using their initiative
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, high‑performing team
  • Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ideally have an interest in media, broadcasting or current affairs (not essential)
This is an office‑based role in central London with working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm.
