OFFICE MANAGER (Hammersmith, West London)

Up to £50k + Bonus

5 days a week in the office

What would I be doing day to day?

The Receptionist is this first point of contact in the new Executive Global Office, providing a seamless and professional experience to guest and colleagues. This is a pivotal role in the office which requires collaborating with colleagues, discretion, energy and passion when competing tasks. The role will report into the Office Manager.

What is the company looking for?

Minimum 2 years experience of being a dedicated Receptionist in a front of house role for a multinational company, who is used to greeting and meeting and liaising with very senior C_Suite level stakeholders.

Availability: 1 months notice is fine
