Job Title: Operations Director of Talent (Analytics)
Hybrid working model based in their London offices
Salary: £110,000
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Train, coach and oversee the regional Analytics staffing team. Ensure that staffing processes and communications are consistent, transparent, understood and fair for all stakeholders and in close coordination with local Hub/office generalist staffing and case team leadership.
- Oversee and prioritize regional hiring targets. Work closely with Global Recruiting to ensure the proper processes are in place and are effectively executed.
- Track utilization and identify and problem solve utilization issues with Regional Lead Partner. Provide input into 3 year planning process.
- Work closely with Analytics leadership to address organizational and talent needs. Coordinate with Operations Leads from other regions to ensure best practices shared across regions.
- Work closely with Global Human Resources Business Partner to address individual people issues.
- Develop system to track and address various feedback mechanisms.
- Set regional delivery team meeting agendas, serve as host with the Regional Lead and present a significant piece of content; advise other presenters on their content.
- Work with leads to determine topics for training, including sequence and frequency based on regional strategy and account/topic priorities; work with trainers on content and meeting design.
- Oversee regional consultant transfer process.
What is the company looking for?
- 10+ years of professional experience in a staffing or consulting leadership role. Experience in analytics a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Liberal Arts, related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Strong problem solving and quantitative skills.
- Strong process skills of follow-up and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leadership, drive change and align programs/initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and highly confidential information.
- Ability to structure presentations with clear, concise and compelling story lines a plus.
