Office Operations Manager
- £55,000–£65,000 base + 10–35% bonus
- London-based (5 days in the office)
- Global remit across multiple international offices
- Line management of a small operations team
- Reporting into Head of Operations with close COO exposure
- Blend of operations, leadership support, events & travel
- 7–10+ years’ experience required
This is a broad, varied position suited to someone who enjoys combining operational oversight with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities Operations & Office Management
- Oversee the smooth running of offices across multiple locations (London, Madrid, Rome and New York)
- Manage suppliers, vendors and operational budgets
- Own compliance, risk, Health & Safety, contracts and subscriptions
- Support office moves, onboarding and global consistency in standards
- Act as a deputy to the Head of Operations
- Support senior stakeholders with execution and decision-making
- Take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Manage complex international travel, including detailed itineraries and visas
- Provide hands-on support with diaries, meetings and logistics
- Deliver internal and client events end-to-end
- Manage venues, suppliers, budgets and guest communications
- Coordinate across international teams
- Lead and develop a small operations support team
- Act as a central point of contact for day-to-day operational needs
- 7–10+ years’ experience in an Operations Manager role or a Senior EA / EA Manager position with strong operational exposure
- Background ideally within consultancy, legal or professional services
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a delivery-focused mindset
- Confident working closely with senior leadership and managing competing priorities
- A proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Positive, engaging and collaborative approach
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Down-to-earth and willing to roll up sleeves at all levels
