The role will support two founders and the team with all operational and administrative aspects of the business. It offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, a broad and varied role within a collaborated London-based environment.

Location: West End, office-based, 8:30am-6:00pm, office based role

Key responsibilities for this position:
- End-to-end operational support across HR, IT, finance, and office management
- Full HR coordination including onboarding, performance reviews, employee records, and training
- Managing systems and data across CRM platforms, databases and internal tools
- Ownership of internal and external events, including logistics, venues, and stakeholder management
- Supporting IT operations and acting as a key liaison with external providers
- Ensuring GDPR compliance, document management, and business continuity processes
- Executive Assistant support to senior leadership including diary, travel, and project support
- Management of suppliers, contracts, office space, and external partnerships
- Supporting finance processes including invoicing, supplier management, and account coordination
- 3-4 years' experience in a fast-paced role (consultancy, search, or finance ideally)
- Graduate or graduate calibre
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders, comfortable with technology and systems, and enjoy working across a broad remit including HR, events, and operations.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are key.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to hold ground when necessary
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp concepts
- Proactive mindset - identifying needs before being asked
