C&C Search is currently recruiting a PA/Team Assistant for a real estate firm based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA/Team Assistant to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business, supporting the Director and the wider team.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Hybrid set up: 3- 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Diary management for the Director, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and managing priorities
- Inbox management, drafting correspondence and flagging urgent items
- Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Supporting the wider team with finance and expense administration
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries professionally and efficiently
- Project support
- Proven experience in a Team Assistant/administrative support role, ideally within financial services, real estate, or a professional services environment
- Diary management experience is essential
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Desirable to have expense tracking / CRM experience
