Key duties: Diary management, coordination, meeting prep, communication, ad hoc project support, general ad hoc admin

Background and experience: You will need to have some support experience, you will need to be exceptionally adaptable and flexible as well as resourceful and a strong problem solver. Your ability to really add value must be demonstrated on the CV. The client is looking for creative industry experience as an ideal.

Qualifications: Very strong MS Office skills
