The Job:
Job Title: People Administrator
Hybrid, with the office based in Piccadilly, London
Salary: £31,500
9 month FTC
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Working in the People Team to provide effective, customer driven support
- Coordinate New Starter inductions
- Prepare, review and issue HR related documentation within GDPR regulations
- Online filing, scanning and efficient document management
What is the company looking for?
- Solid administrative experience gained in an HR environment
- Working knowledge of core HR systems and processes
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Highly organised, confidential and adaptable to changing needs
- Great PC skills and highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic with great team skills
