Key responsibilities for this position:
- Welcoming visitors and managing reception in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing meeting room bookings, set up, and upkeep
- Coordinating post, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintaining reception, kitchen, and meeting areas to a high standard
- Supporting basic administrative and office tasks
- Assisting with visitor access and security processes
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail and presentation
