What would I be doing day to day?
Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Salary: £48,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Supporting the Recruiting Team to manage in person and virtual interviews
- Managing the entire life-cycle of candidate management from scheduling interviews all the way to managing their onboarding
- Maintaining accuracy of candidate data regarding events, applications, assessments and offers
- Sustaining relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and the sourcing team
- Constantly updating and maintaining accuracy of the candidate database
- Managing the Recruitment mailbox and responding promptly to queries
- Aiding the organisation and building the attendance of recruitment events
- Supporting the Senior Team to analyse data
- Working with the international recruiting team to build your network and skills
- Ad hoc projects work when requires
What is the company looking for?
- Background doing in-house recruitment is necessary
- Prior experience within profressional or financial services is essential
- Experience using Avature or Workday is preferred
- Will have experience working with large amounts of data
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Should showcase a positive attitude with an ability to take initiative
