Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Sourcing and building pipelines to fulfil recruitment requirements
- Optimising job advertisements to continually attract a diverse set of applicants
- Managing recruitment communications through the company social channels
- Building and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters
- Conducting first stage interviews and assessing vales fit as well as skills fit for the company and role
- Providing a positive experience to all candidates regardless of the outcome
- Creating and managing the offer process including offer paperwork and contracts
What is the company looking for?
- Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process with direct and agency candidates
- At least 3 years experience within a start-up environment desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, proactive and attentive as well as self-assured
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Experience working within a fast paced and demanding environment with a level of ambiguity
- Ability to take ownership and deliver during a period of fast growth
- Emotionally intelligent and self-aware
