C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team Assistant to join a globally renowned Architecture practice based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to support senior leaders within a highly respected, collaborative and design‑led professional environment.

Salary: Up to £34,000
Hybrid set‑up: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position
As a Team Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support across senior leadership and project teams. Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant role include:
  • Managing and coordinating complex diary management for Senior Leaders across multiple time zones
  • Preparing and coordinating international travel arrangements, including visas and supporting documentation
  • Scheduling external and internal meetings, including full responsibility for meeting room set‑up, AV/video conferencing, catering and hosting clients
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external clients, consultants and visitors, both in person and via email
  • Supporting reception duties, answering incoming calls, and managing the general office inbox
  • Assisting Project Managers with diary coordination, logistics and scheduling
  • Supporting document preparation including printing, scanning, binding and distribution
  • Managing deliveries, couriers and shipping coordination with external vendors
  • Maintaining contact databases and supporting budget management and credit card reconciliation
  • Assisting senior Team Assistants and administrative colleagues when required
  • Completing weekly timesheets and expense reporting
  • Actively contributing to office culture and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
This is a hands‑on Team Assistant role offering exposure, responsibility and variety within a fast‑paced and professional architectural environment.
What background and experience are they looking for in a Team Assistant?
The successful Team Assistant will ideally have:
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating complex international travel is essential
  • Proven experience working as a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar support role
  • Around 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support capacity
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, confident and approachable communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders
Previous experience working as a Team Assistant within architecture, engineering or professional services is highly desirable.
