The Job:
Job Title: Tech Recruiter
Hybrid working model based in their London office 3 days a week and remotely twice a week.
Salary: £45,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Take full ownership for scheduling virtual and in-person interviews
- Sourcing & researching profiles that match the hiring needs
- Posting roles on internal and external job boards and websites
- Carrying out initial CV screening for candidate applications in the London and other markets across practice and region
- Conducting screening calls to all relevant applications to determine initial suitability for the role, then providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
What is the company looking for?
- Previous talent or recruitment experience
- Previous experience within the tech industry is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a high volume, highly confidential and fast-paced environment
