C&C Search is currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Temporary PA to support a Director within a well-established, design-led professional services business. This is a fast‑paced, high‑level PA role supporting senior leadership, with an inclusive culture, and the opportunity to work across a varied and interesting portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities for this PA to Director position:
- Full ownership of complex and ever‑changing diary management, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- End‑to‑end coordination of UK and international travel, producing detailed itineraries and managing last‑minute changes
- Acting as a key point of contact for the Director, managing emails, calls and correspondence, and drafting communications where required
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing packs and documentation, attending meetings when needed, and tracking actions through to completion
- Managing expenses, timesheets and company card reconciliations, maintaining accurate records
- Supporting wider administrative and project tasks
- You will need to be immediately available or on short notice
- Proven EA/PA experience supporting a Senior Director or equivalent in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional diary management skills with experience handling complex schedules and competing priorities
- Demonstrable experience arranging and managing international travel
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion
