Interim Reward Strategic Partner

We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Interim Reward professional for an initial four-month fixed-term contract.
This is a strategic, business-facing opportunity for a Reward specialist who can operate confidently across multiple stakeholder groups, providing trusted advice and influencing key decisions across the business.
Working within a Centre of Excellence (COE) model, you will play an important role in building effective partnerships, supporting business priorities and delivering strategic Reward expertise.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic Reward partnership and advice across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and challenging where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively within a Centre of Excellence (COE) operating model.
• Support the development and delivery of Reward initiatives aligned with wider business objectives.
• Translate Reward expertise into practical recommendations and commercial solutions.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior Reward, Compensation or Total Reward role.
• Strong strategic and business partnering capabilities.
• Experienced in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Understanding of a Centre of Excellence (COE) model.
• Able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
