This 6-month FTC offers the opportunity to support a high-performing team within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Based in Central London and working five days in the office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Team PA who thrives on providing seamless support, coordinating complex schedules and being at the heart of a successful business.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid set up: 5 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Senior Team PA position:
- Extensive diary and calendar management for a busy team of senior professionals
- Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Managing expenses, meeting logistics and day-to-day administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting with events, team activities, client meetings and off-sites
- Assisting with project coordination, research and information gathering
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless team support and operational efficiency
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Proven Team PA, Senior Team PA, Team Assistant, PA or EA experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong diary management, travel coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional, positive and highly confidential approach to work
