Recruitment Consultant

We are partnering with a global fintech to hire a recruiter to join  their team at a pivotal point in the firm's growth. 

This role will focus on searches across quantitative research, trading and investment analysis, bringing the market knowledge and judgement to identify and attract exceptional candidates.

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll develop targeted talent strategies, cultivate relationships and strengthen our systems and interview practices.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast pace and takes equal ownership of filling roles and advancing longer-term projects.
Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for front-office positions, from role scoping through assessment, offer negotiation and close
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand investment strategies, hiring priorities and the commercial impact of each hire
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across quantitative research, trading and investment roles
• Build recruiting infrastructure, including ATS functionality, workflows, reporting and data quality
• Manage recruiting projects from planning through to implementation, balancing longer-term improvements with day-to-day hiring

Key criteria

• 5+ years' in-house recruiting experience, preferably in front-office financial services
• Experience in a growing or scaling business, where priorities shift and processes are at varying stages of maturity
• Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to link hiring decisions to business needs
• Strong project management skills, turning ideas into practical, well-executed improvements
• Hands-on ATS experience and a real interest in making recruiting systems and workflows scale
