This is an exceptional opportunity to shape how a growing organisation operates while working across venture capital, Physical AI, Enterprise AI, energy, logistics and industrial technology. The Strategy & Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team, creating the structures, processes and operating rhythm needed to support continued growth. This role would suit an experienced Founder’s Associate, Business Operations Manager, Project Manager or Strategy & Operations professional who enjoys bringing clarity to fast-moving environments. Fluent German and English are essential. Key responsibilities for this Strategy & Operations Manager position: •    Manage the company’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, Venture Boards, Investment Committees, OKR reviews and management reporting •    Coordinate annual planning cycles, board dates, reporting deadlines, team events and other key milestones •    Turn leadership decisions into clear actions, ensuring owners, deadlines and next steps are understood •    Build scalable operational processes, company guidelines and AI-supported workflows •    Develop and maintain collaborative workspaces using tools such as Notion, Make, Zapier or similar platforms •    Identify tasks or projects without a clear owner and take responsibility for moving them forward •    Lead cross-functional strategic projects from initial scope through to successful delivery •    Connect internal teams, founders, investors and corporate stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration •    Prepare high-quality board materials, presentations, keynotes and management information •    Plan team events, offsites and development activities that strengthen culture and performance •    Support the organisation’s external presence, including events, website content and brand consistency •    Engage and manage freelancers or specialist external partners when additional expertise is required What background and experience are the company looking for? •    Previous experience in a Founder’s Associate, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, project management or similar role •    Experience working closely with founders, senior leaders or executive teams •    A background in a fast-growing start-up, scale-up, venture capital firm, innovation platform or similarly fast-paced environment •    Fluent written and spoken German and English •    Exceptional organisation, forward planning and attention to detail •    The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture •    A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to turn unclear questions into practical proposals •    Excellent written communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills •    Discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information •    An interest in using AI, automation and digital tools to improve business operations Experience in venture building, venture capital, corporate venturing, communications, branding or events would be advantageous. An interest in deep tech, industrial businesses or emerging technology would also be welcomed. Who is looking after this role?
