We’re delighted to announce that C&C’s founder, Lucy Chamberlain, is set to join a power-packed judging panel as part of the We Are The City’s Rising Star Awards. Nurturing, supporting and celebrating the female talent pipeline is in our DNA and, as our client and candidate community know, we’re big believers in the power of collaboration. This comes through in how we partner with women-led businesses through to our own mentoring culture here at C&C.
Celebrating the female talent pipeline
These are the only awards of their kind focusing solely on the pipeline of female talent below a management level. We Are The City’s 2019 awards has set out to recognise 100 female role models and individual contributors across a variety of different industries who represent the future leaders of tomorrow.
A movement for diversity
Lucy joins gender and diversity leaders including Funke Abimbola MBE, Senior lawyer, business leader & diversity campaigner; Sian Fisher, CEO, Chartered Insurance Institute and Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE, Chair, African Caribbean Business Network alongside champions from global organisations such as Dell, RBS and Credit Suisse.
Lucy comments, ““With WATC, C&C Search shares an absolute commitment to nurturing and supporting a diverse female pipeline. Being part of this community of advocates for women in business is as much a movement as an awards programme, and I’m honoured to be working alongside peers and pioneers championing this shared vision.”
C&C Search is also delighted to sponsor the Rising Stars in EA/PA category. Nominations open 1st February and more detail can be found at https://risingstars.wearethecity.com/
