We have been busy raising money through various initiatives for one of the C&C family who had a life changing event happen just under a year ago.
Now it is our Co-Founders turn, Ed Chamberlain is running the Richmond marathon in September, on his birthday no less!
A little about Adrienne’s story…
Adrienne moved to London from Durban, South Africa, with her husband Christopher in November 2015 and joined our business. In September 2017, Adrienne started to suffer from severe pain in her right foot, which led to her being admitted to hospital for urgent care. Tragically, due to the severity of the extremely rare blood condition with which she was diagnosed, Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS), Adrienne was left with no option but to undergo a below-the-knee amputation just a few days before her 27th birthday.
As you can imagine, this ordeal has been devastating for both Adrienne and her family, but throughout it all she has shown remarkable strength, humour, determination and positivity. For Adrienne to enjoy the best quality of life possible, we are rallying together to raise funds for the most fabulous & multi-functional prosthetic leg that money can buy!
We are simply asking for donations of any size to ‘Get Adrienne Her Groove Back!’
Thanks for all your support!

In the words of Pickles herself:
“Sometimes life takes unexpected turns and you just have to roll with the punches, I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for all of the visits and words of affirmation and prayers, sacrifices, messages, calls, texts, videos and various FB/insta posts over the last few weeks. I am blown away by all the love and kindness from everyone. Overall I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have so many amazing people in my life. You’re all great! Now on to the next chapter…”
