At C&C Search we strive to inspire companies to help their employees develop their true potential, but we also want to encourage people to actively work towards it and feel successful. We know that many of us often have dreams of what we actually want to do in life, but fear gets in the way and we need reminders and encouragement to push us to get out of our comfort zone.
That’s why we are proud and excited to sponsor an event dedicated to redefining the concept of success and inspire individuals to take action.
The event will take place on Tuesday 19th November in London from 6.15 pm and it’s been running quarterly, with this being the very last Redefining Success panel of 2019. These events are organised by Success by Design, the training academy led by enthusiastic Abigail Barnes, award-winning entrepreneur, author and speaker. Her mission is to inspire people to question their idea of success and work towards what they actually want to achieve, rather than conforming to what was forced upon them by society.
So who is this event for?
For everyone who’s been feeling stuck and uninspired, unable to shake away the feeling that life is happening to them rather than them being actively in charge of it. It’s for those who need some help figuring out the next step and motivation to achieve it. Redefining Success is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and enjoy some informal networking.
Does this sound like something you could benefit from? Then book your ticket here!
In the meantime, we’d like to introduce you to the three female panellists. While coming from different backgrounds, they all have one thing in common: they’re strong, authentic women who gave up comfortable routines to discover and stay true to their real selves, achieve their potential and live more adventurously.

Laura Try – Endurance Athlete & Inspirational speaker
Laura used to be a shopaholic beauty salon owner but, after going through a ‘midlife crisis’ at the age of 30, she ditched all the material stuff that wasn’t making her happy in favour of a minimalistic and experience-oriented approach to life. Her motto is “Less things, more experiences” and she’s been sticking to it by focusing on adventurous goals such as rowing the Atlantic Ocean in 43 days and around Great Britain in 56. She has become an unstoppable endurance athlete and has been sharing her experience by speaking at different events nationally and internationally.
Everyone at C&C Search is very excited to be sponsoring such an inspirational event and we can’t wait to learn more about these women’s stories!
