What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: EA to Team

Key duties:

• Complex diary management.
• International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
• Processing expenses and invoices.
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects.
• Assisting with event organisation.
• Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

What is the company looking for?

• Ideally you will have proven EA experience, supporting at a senior level, ideally at MD or Partner level alongside a greater team.
• Ideally you will have financial services experience within private equity, venture capital or investment banking.
• Experience within a very fast paced, demanding environment.
• A degree is preferrable, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A very strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Great time management skills.
