We walk our talk!

Our active diversity and inclusion work includes:

  • Diversity Project: Providing consultancy services and partnering on diversity and inclusion hiring policies

  • We are committed to creating a charter for the recruitment industry to be certified and approved as a ‘Responsible Recruiter’ – this is geared towards the fund management sector

We passionately believe that everyone is entitled to respect and dignity.

  • CVs submitted: 95% female : 5% male

  • White 67%

  • Black/African/Caribbean/Black British 18%

  • Pakistani 1%

  • Indian 2%

  • Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups 10%

  • Chinese 2%

  • Currently 33% are POC and we are looking to improve that all the time
