Anna is a Principal Consultant at C&C Search, working within the temporary and interim team. She brings a unique blend of operational leadership and commercial experience, having previously run her own business for eight years and worked closely with Office Managers and Business Support professionals throughout her career.

Anna is driven by a genuine passion for the impact that great support staff can have on businesses - especially when organisations need immediate or short-term solutions.

Career Background

Anna’s career spans both large corporates and boutique environments. She has worked in global marketing teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as in smaller advertising agencies, before going on to found and grow her own B2B branded treats business.

In 2025, ready for a new challenge, Anna joined C&C Search as Head of Operations, covering Pippa’s maternity leave and quickly realised she couldn’t resist making the move into the temp team!

Interests

Outside of work, Anna enjoys long walks in the Surrey Hills with her chocolate Labrador, Chester, pub trips, and playing softball cricket for her local club.
