Key responsibilities for this Front of House Receptionist position:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff promptly and professionally
- Create a welcoming and polished first impression at all times
- Offer refreshments and manage the visitor booking system
- Answer incoming calls, take clear messages, and ensure timely responses
- Schedule and organise meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Maintain a pristine reception area, boardrooms, and kitchen spaces
- Coordinate room setups to support daily schedules and meetings
- Liaise with facilities teams and vendors to address maintenance issues
- Handle courier bookings and ensure timely delivery and collection
- Oversee the incoming and outgoing post and packages
- You will need to be immediately available or on short notice
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
- A calm, polished, and professional demeanour
- High attention to detail and customer service excellence
