Job Title: Career Services Senior Coordinator

Hybrid Working

Salary: £53,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Work to provide career coaching; help to reflect on individuals goals and strengths, including their career purpose and self-assessment, into sourcing strategies or alternative career paths and relationship management to find the right role
  • Leverage knowledge of staff and alumni career interests and knowledge of external job openings to match people with potential roles
  • Provide tactical job search support including interview preparation, resume, and cover letters, offer negotiation including offer benchmarking
  • Maintain various data systems; use internal job board and LinkedIn as sourcing tools; providing monthly recap and ad hoc reporting
  • Perform exit interviews to collect and share relevant qualitative and quantitative data with teammates and People Team stakeholders regarding candidates and market trends
  • Partner cross-regionally with various team members to strengthen capabilities, share best practices and broadening agenda
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional companies that have successful career paths for staff
  • Develop connections with alumni to understand their team's hiring needs as an important sourcing opportunity as well as supporting alumni who are considering a job change

What is the company looking for?

  • At least 5 years' experience gained within in all-round Recruiting, Staffing or HR position, preferably within a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Possess high levels of integrity, maturity and a trustworthy person who is able to treat information as confidential
  • Experience with implementing and managing HR projects
  • Experience in engaging and managing senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent is beneficial, and a coaching education a strong plus
