Hybrid set up: West End; 4 days in the office, 1 from home

Key responsibilities for this EA position:
  • Provide support across the Investor Relations team 
  • Coordinate international travel, investor roadshows, meetings, and internal team events
  • Manage complex diaries and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborate with the broader EA team and provide cross-coverage when needed
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external investors in a polished, professional manner
  • Act as gatekeeper and point of contact for busy teams, protecting time and focus
  • Handle a wide range of logistical, operational, and administrative tasks
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Strong experience as an EA in finance or similarly demanding, fast-paced sectors
  • Strong experience supporting multiple principals 
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Advanced Excel and tech skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a calm, pragmatic approach to juggling priorities
  • Comfortable managing up, setting boundaries, and maintaining a high bar for support
