Key responsibilities for this EA position:
- Provide support across the Investor Relations team
- Coordinate international travel, investor roadshows, meetings, and internal team events
- Manage complex diaries and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with the broader EA team and provide cross-coverage when needed
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external investors in a polished, professional manner
- Act as gatekeeper and point of contact for busy teams, protecting time and focus
- Handle a wide range of logistical, operational, and administrative tasks
- Strong experience as an EA in finance or similarly demanding, fast-paced sectors
- Strong experience supporting multiple principals
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Advanced Excel and tech skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a calm, pragmatic approach to juggling priorities
- Comfortable managing up, setting boundaries, and maintaining a high bar for support
